What is Life coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process that helps individuals, make meaningful changes in their lives. A life coach, like myself works with clients to identify their aspirations, clarify their values, set goals, and create actionable plans to achieve those goals.
With a tailored approach and various techniques, such as active listening, powerful questioning, and providing support and accountability, the aim is to guide clients through obstacles, self-limiting beliefs, and help them uncover their true potential. Life coaching focuses on personal development, self-discovery, and empowering clients to make positive changes in areas such as relationships, career changes and mental health and well-being.
